European Tour Norway 2025

Monday 7 July
Oslo
The European Tour begins with our arrival in Oslo Airport.
Our journey begins with our arrival in Norway’s capital, Oslo. After landing at the airport and collecting our cars, we will head straight to the city centre to check in at our hotel. The rest of the day will be free for you to explore Oslo at your own pace and enjoy some sightseeing around this vibrant Scandinavian city.


Our first stay will be at the Holmenkollen Park Hotel.
Perched on the hills overlooking Oslo, Holmenkollen Park is a historic and elegant hotel that combines traditional Norwegian architecture with modern luxury. Its unique location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the fjord, while being surrounded by lush forests and close to the famous Holmenkollen ski jump. It’s the perfect place to relax after your journey and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Norway right from the start of our trip.

The harbour is home to many of Oslo’s most important landmarks, including the Opera House, Aker Brygge (restaurants & shops) , and the Akershus Fortress.


Vigeland Park is one of Oslo’s most famous attractions and the largest sculpture park in the world created by a single artist. Designed by Gustav Vigeland, it features over 200 impressive sculptures made of bronze, granite, and wrought iron, all depicting the different stages and emotions of human life. The park is open year-round and offers a unique and thought-provoking experience as you walk among its striking works of art, with the iconic Monolith and the Wheel of Life being true highlights of this remarkable place.

Tuesday 8 July
Among all the Norwegian mountains, Hemsedal stands out for its high peaks and alpine atmosphere, earning it the nickname “the Scandinavian Alps.” This is where we will head after leaving Oslo. Fyri Resort is a luxury alpine hotel featuring a unique spa , the perfect place to relax before our next adventure in Western Norway. Its two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, remain open until midnight and include a bar for unforgettable pool parties.



17.00 Optional drive through the mountain passes of Hemsedal for a photoshoot. The total distance is around 60 km and will take approximately one hour. If the weather allows, we can also visit the beautiful Rjukandefoss waterfalls along the way.

Wednesday 9 July
Flam
The third day of our trip begins with a day trip to Flam which is in the Flamsdalen valley and is known as the Grand Canyon of Norway. From there we will board on the historic Flam train and travel a distance of 20 km to Myrdal. This route is among the ten most beautiful train routes in Europe.


09.50 Arrival at the parking area in Flåm after driving through the world’s longest road tunnel called Laerdal, which is 24.5 km long.


10.50 – 13.05 The journey goes through the steep and narrow Flåm valley, with views of mighty waterfalls, picturesque mountain farms and tall peaks, takes about 60 minutes per way.





Thursday 10 July
Loen
Our fourth day begins with our departure from Fyri Resort as we head towards Loen and the Alexandra Hotel. After arriving and parking our cars at the hotel, before checking in, we will visit the Loen Skylift – one of the steepest cable cars in the world. It will take us up to an altitude of 1,011 metres, where we can enjoy breathtaking views over the fjord. The entrance is just a few metres away from our hotel. At the top, there is a modern restaurant and café where we will have our lunch.


09.00 Departure to Alexandra Loen Hotel. Parking spaces have been reserved for our cars on the second floor of the parking.

Friday 11 July
Geiranger-Trollstigen-Alesund
We depart from Loen to begin one of the busiest days of our trip. We will visit Dalsnibba viewpoint to see Norway’s most famous Fjord Geiranger from above, shortly before arriving at it for lunch and Rib Adventure. We then depart for one of Norway’s most famous mountain routes, Trollstigen with our final destination being picturesque Alesund.









16.20 Departure for Eidsdal port, where we will take the ferry to the opposite port.

17.30 After our arrival at Linge Pier we depart to one of the most famous mountain passes in Norway, Trollstigen, or as the locals call it, the path of the elves. After reaching the top we depart for Alesund.
Distance 40km , 50min





22.00 We will head straight to the restaurant as the kitchen is closing soon and they are waiting to serve our dinner.

Saturday 12 July
Alesund
The picturesque Alesund which was founded in the 10th century is built on 7 different islands. The city is a living museum of Scandinavian Art Nouveau and is Norway’s most important fishing port. For many it is considered the Venice of the north!


Sunday 13 July
Atlantic Road
Our upcoming visit will take us to the Atlantic Road, a route widely regarded as one of the most spectacular drives in the world – a true bucket list experience for any car enthusiast.






13.30 Lunch stop at Traditional Bjartmars Favorittkro.

Free Time at the hotel. For anyone interested, we will also be at the Atlantic Road in the afternoon for a photoshoot.

Tuesday 15 July
Racetrack Experience Rudskogen
Surrounded by dense forest, an hour and a half south of Oslo is Norway’s newest and most modern racetrack, Rudskogen. Its length is 3,300m. and is characterized as quite technical. SpeedSector has reserved the track for the exclusive use of its members from 12.00 to 16.00.

12.00 Start of Racetrack Experience Rudskogen.
At the beginning, there will be two groups based on each participant’s experience level, with sessions of 20 minutes each. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, there will be an open pit lane for everyone.

*We have decided to load the cars a day earlier rather than at the airport, as the process was taking too long and there was a risk of missing the flight. This means that each person will need to organise their own transfer from the hotel to the airport. We will stay in touch with the hotel and keep you updated with the best possible options for your transportation.
