Event Intro

For the 6th time, SpeedSector organizes for its members another private track day at the Serres Motorway. This year, however, we have invited to join with us Bulgarian Premium Rally club. Always aiming at driving pleasure, track day will be better than ever! Again, we have ensured that the stay is at the best hotel in Serres, nice meals and fun for everyone!

Cost

The cost of the package is: | 1100 € for Premium members | 1150 € for Basic members.

Applies to 1 car with a crew of two people and the transfer of the vehicle by car to and from Athens. Both people have the right to drive on the track, provided they have a valid driving license.

In the case of a vehicle with a crew of one person then the cost will be 1020 € for Premium members and 1070 € for Basic.

In order for a participation to be valid, the amount of 350 € must be paid before 15/9/17 and paid in full until 25/09/17. Refund can be provided by September 25, 2017.

The cost without the use of the car transfer is € 700 for Premium members and € 750 for Basic with a crew of two. Similarly, if a vehicle is with a single crew, the cost is € 620 for Premium members and € 670 for Basic.

  •  The cost does not include 24% VAT.
  • The freight insurance per truck is € 200,000. The cost per vehicle may increase up to € 50 if the integer is not filled (8) per carriage. All drivers should be present loading and unloading their vehicles.
  • Each participant has the right to have a person with him at the pit and not more. If he wishes to accompany him more people, he should inform us by 06/10/2017 by letting us know and there will be an additional charge of 20 € / day inclusive lunch on the track.
  • Due to the limited number of entries, priority will be given to the Premium members and then Basic.
  • If a participant wants his own Pit Box the cost for the two days is 300 €. Limited number of pit boxes is provided.
  • If a member wishes to participate in more than one car the cost is 200 € / vehicle if there is availability. Car transfer is not included.

The Past events in the amazing circuit of Serres were full of speed, passion, and amazing driving time. Join us also on our event and you will live an amazing experience this year as well.

Hotel Elpida Resort & Spa Serres

This modern hotel is 2 km from Platia Eleftherias square and the Laografiko Mousio Sarakatsanon, a museum showcasing Sarakatsani culture.

The elegant rooms offer wood furnishings, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as direct pool/garden access. Suites add living rooms, separate bedrooms or sleeping lofts, Jacuzzis, and/or tea and coffeemakers. Some also come with dining tables. Room service is available.

Breakfast is complimentary. There’s a bright restaurant with terrace seating, plus a lounge and a gym. Other amenities include 2 bars, an outdoor pool, a full-service spa and a garden, as well as tennis courts.
